1 General Terms & Conditions

Bet994 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service operated for members in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bet994.

These Terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. However, the English version shall prevail for all official legal interpretation.

Applicability

2 Account Registration

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Multiple members from the same household may create separate accounts, but bonus benefits will only be granted to one person.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be verified.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Bet994 reserves the right to verify a member's identity (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time. KYC may be mandatory before processing withdrawal requests or for transactions above a certain amount.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

4 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it converts to your main balance once the wagering conditions are met.
• Participating in the same promotion from multiple accounts is prohibited.

Welcome Bonus

6 Prohibited Activities

Every member is responsible for complying with bet994's Terms and Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any hacking tools.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward other members or staff.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bet994 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

Reasons

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failed KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious or unusual gaming activity.
• Suspected financial fraud or money laundering.
• Upon personal request (self-exclusion).

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can contact our support team to temporarily or permanently close your account. Requests to reactivate an account during a self-exclusion period will not be accepted.

8 Responsible Gaming
